Frequently asked questions

How do I upload videos?

After completing a session, tap "Add videos" on the session detail page. You can upload directly from your phone's camera roll. Videos are stored securely in the cloud — no more deleting from your phone.

How do I invite a fighter?

Go to Fighters → Invite. Enter their email address and they'll receive a link to create their own account. Once joined, they can view their sessions, videos, and training notes.

Can fighters see everything?

Fighters only see their own data: their sessions, videos, and notes shared by their coach. They cannot see other fighters or coach-level settings.

How do session credits work?

Coaches can add session packages for each fighter. As sessions are completed, credits are deducted automatically. Both coaches and fighters can see the remaining balance.

How do I delete my account?

Contact contact@lvdm.info and we will process your request. All your data, including videos, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use encrypted connections, secure cloud storage in the EU, and follow industry-standard security practices. See our Security page for details.
