1. The service
Boxing Vision is a business management platform for boxing coaches. The service includes session scheduling, fighter management, video storage, payment tracking, and related tools. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
- One person or entity per account. Account sharing is not permitted
3. Coach responsibilities
As a coach using Boxing Vision, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent before uploading training videos of fighters
- Ensuring any data entered about minors is managed in compliance with applicable laws
- The accuracy of session records, payment tracking, and fighter information
- Maintaining your own insurance and professional certifications as required by your jurisdiction
4. Fighter accounts
Fighters may be invited to the platform by their coach. Fighter accounts provide read-only access to their own training data. Coaches remain the data controllers for fighter information entered on the platform.
5. Content and videos
- You retain ownership of all content you upload to Boxing Vision
- By uploading, you grant Boxing Vision a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload content, including consent from individuals appearing in videos
- We do not access, review, or share your content except as required to operate the service or comply with law
6. Payment terms
Boxing Vision may offer paid subscription plans. When applicable:
- Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where required
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@lvdm.info within 14 days of payment
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
8. Service availability
We aim to keep Boxing Vision available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Boxing Vision shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Actions taken by coaches or fighters using the platform
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Boxing Vision in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@lvdm.info
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
